Would you like to be able to reduce the number of conflicts with your children at home? In this lecture, Dr. Stuart Ablon will explain how caretakers, teachers, and kids can work together to solve problems and reduce conflicts using the Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) approach. Based on 10 years of evidence, this approach has been proven to be effective in helping adults, children, and adolescents develop key skills such as listening, perspective taking, and problem solving.

About Stuart Ablon PhD

Dr. Ablon is the Director of Think:Kids in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. He is also Associate Professor and the Thomas G. Stemberg Endowed Chair in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Ablon is author of the books Changeable: The Surprising Science Behind Helping Anyone Change, Treating Explosive Kids: The Collaborative Problem Solving Approach, and The School Discipline Fix.
