We are excited to share that Northeast Metro Tech uses ParentSquare for all family communication. ParentSquare provides a simple and safe way for everyone at school to stay connected.
With ParentSquare, you can:
Receive all district, school, and classroom communication in your preferred language via email, text, or app.
Access the school and classroom calendar and RSVP for events.
Easily sign up to volunteer or contribute items.
Manage all school communications in one convenient place.
Invitations to join ParentSquare are sent out throughout the year, with the majority being sent between August and November. If you receive an invitation email or text, simply click the link to activate your account. Activation takes less than a minute.
You can use ParentSquare on any device. Download the free mobile app for iOS or Android, or access the desktop version.
If you’re not receiving communications, try these steps:
To access your ParentSquare account, visit the ParentSquare login page and follow the steps in the "Sign Up / Create Password" section. Use the email or phone number that the school has on file for you to activate your account.
There is no need to contact the school for a password reset. Simply use the "Forgot Password" option on the ParentSquare login page. Enter your registered email or phone number to receive a link to create a new password.
Yes, ParentSquare allows you to adjust your language preferences and translate messages. Log in to your account, go to "Account Settings," and update your preferred language under "Language Preferences."
ParentSquare should automatically link all your children under a single account. If this isn’t the case, it might be due to differing contact details at the school. Contact the school office to ensure your information is consistent.
Yes, the ParentSquare app is highly recommended! Search for “ParentSquare” in your phone’s app store to download it. The app offers features like instant notifications, event calendars, secure messaging, and access to important school updates.
You can customize your notification preferences to better suit your needs. Log in to your ParentSquare account, go to "Account Settings," and adjust your notification options. You can also choose a “Digest” setting, which consolidates all updates into a single daily email.
Phone calls are reserved for urgent notifications or emergencies. To ensure you receive regular updates, enable email, text, or app notifications in your account settings.
