Northeast Metro Tech to Host Open House

WAKEFIELD — Superintendent David DiBarri is pleased to announce that Northeast Metro Tech will hold its annual open house for prospective students next week.

WHEN:

Wednesday, Nov. 6 from 6-8:30 p.m.

WHERE: 

Northeast Metro Tech, 100 Hemlock Road, Wakefield 

WHAT:

Families in the district are welcome to attend Northeast Metro Tech’s Open House, where they will have the chance to learn more about the various programs, curriculum and opportunities available to students enrolled at the school. 

Visitors to the open house will tour the facility and the various shops at Northeast Metro Tech, meet instructors, view live demonstrations and are encouraged to ask questions. 

“The annual Open House is an exciting opportunity for students who are interested in our programs to visit and learn more about what Northeast Metro Tech has to offer,” Superintendent DiBarri said. “We look forward to meeting with potential students and their families, and showcasing the education, training and experiences available to students that attend our school.”

Applications for students who wish to enroll in grade nine at Northeast Metro Tech next fall will be available at the Open House and also online. Applications are due March 1. 

Applications for prospective 10th grade students open on a space-available basis.
